The 2017-2018 season will open with the return of the Danish Quartet, whose Dallas debut during our 2013-14 season generated exuberant praise from all quarters. The Quartet is well known in Europe, especially after winning the Carl Nielsen Prize, often considered Denmark’s premier cultural award. In the United States, their artistic stature has been confirmed by repeated invitations to perform as a part of New York’s Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center series.
